This page explains what Xipheredge Technologies collects, why, and what you can ask us to do about it. It covers this website. Personal data processed inside a customer’s deployed system belongs to that customer, who is the data controller; we act as their processor under a separate data-processing agreement.
What this website collects
If you send an enquiry, we receive the name, company, email address, phone number, country, area of interest and message you type into the form. We use those details to answer you and, where relevant, to introduce a certified partner in your region. We do not sell them, and we do not pass them to anyone outside that purpose.
The site uses no advertising trackers and sets no marketing cookies. Web fonts are served by Google Fonts, which receives the request as part of loading the page.
Biometric data
This website never collects biometric data. In a deployed Xipheredge system, biometric credentials are stored as irreversible templates, never as images. Templates are encrypted with AES-256 and can be held on the device, on the controller, inside the credential, or in a cloud tenancy pinned to a region — the customer chooses which, and we document that choice at design time.
Every deployment ships with consent capture, configurable retention limits, per-user deletion and exportable audit logs, plus a DPIA template and a data-processing agreement.
How long we keep enquiries
Enquiries are retained for 24 months so we can pick up a conversation where it left off, then deleted. Ask us sooner and we will delete them sooner.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to privacy@xipheredge.com and we will respond within 30 days. If you are in a jurisdiction with a data protection authority, you may also complain to them.
Security issues
To report a suspected vulnerability in our products or this website, write to security@xipheredge.com. We operate coordinated disclosure and will acknowledge within one business day.
Changes
If this statement changes materially, we will say so on this page rather than update it quietly.
