XE-Core 40 brings the advantages of biometric authentication to a centralised access control architecture. Instead of scattering credentials across every reader in the building, user data, access rules and biometric templates live in one hardened controller inside your network — so a stolen reader tells an attacker nothing.
It stores up to 500,000 users, matches fingerprints at 400,000 comparisons per second, and drives readers, locks, sensors and alarms across five RS-485 channels, four Wiegand channels and eight supervised inputs. Because it speaks OSDP v2 Secure Channel, it can reuse the wiring already in the building during a phased migration.
