Northgate Data Campus cuts audit prep from weeks to hours

Northgate ran three systems: one for the perimeter, one inherited with the second hall, and a spreadsheet for cabinet keys. Nothing reconciled, and every tenant audit meant an engineer rebuilding a picture by hand.

The campus standardised on XE-Core 40 controllers with XE-Station 3 Max at the mantraps and XE-Pass Q2 on hall doors. Anti-tailgating interlocks enforce one badge, one person. Cabinet access is logged individually and exposed to each tenant as their own report.

The first audit after cutover took two hours instead of two weeks, and the campus now uses the reporting as a sales asset when tenants tour the site.

Our tenants used to ask for access reports and we would lose an engineer for a week. Now they get their own report in a click, and it is more detailed than what we used to produce by hand.
